We do accept returns of unopened TerryBator Incubator Kits. There is a 10% restocking fee.

You are responsible for all return shipping fees.

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method once we verify that the contents are undamaged and resaleable.

Orders that have not yet shipped are eligible for a full refund.
